MISSING ORDERS

SHIPMENTS NOT RECEIVED
Scentfluence is not responsible for packages not received but indicated as delivered by our shipper. Customers must reach out to UPS, USPS, or FedEx for resolution.

Please notify us within 30 days if your order has not arrived.
After 30 days we will be unable to track an order so therefore, unfortunately, we will not be able to replace it.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We do our best to ensure packages are well sealed and protected for the best shipping experience. Even so, occasionally problems with shipping occur.

EMAIL PHOTOS OF DAMAGED SHIPMENT (required) within 10 days of receipt and we will initiate next steps.
