SHIPPING POLICIES
Fulfillment Timing
At this time our shipping dept is closed Saturday and Sunday. Online orders that come in late Friday, we try our best to ship on Monday, sometimes it takes a couple of days longer. Our goal is to get it to you as quick as we can.
Shipping time is based on the shipper
It generally takes 1-5 days for you to receive your package from when your boxed order is dropped at the shipper. This is not a guarantee. We cannot be responsible for shippers delivery timing.
Occasionally it takes longer
Please do not order if you are staying at a hotel and need it prior to departure. If it doesn't arrive in time we cannot guarantee a refund in full or in part.
Expedited Shipping (additional fee)
Please contact us immediately upon placing your order to expedite the shipping. We will invoice you for the added fees, based upon the shipper's cost.
Large Orders | signing for your delivery
When shipping large orders we request you sign for your package. We do this at our expense to ensure receipt.
If you prefer not to sign for your order, let us know. However, you will then be responsible should there be a problem with their arrival.
Hotel Deliveries
We regret we cannot be responsible for our shipper delivering prior to your departure. If order is returned due to missing your departure date, once we receive our items back you will be refunded for the items and taxes. However we will not refund any shipping related fees. If you are Hotel orders must be with 1-2 day expedited shipping (with an additional fee) to ensure delivery timing.
At this time we regret we can only ship to addresses within the continental USA due to required customs forms we are not prepared to handle properly.

Third party shipping
We do not process orders shipping to third party shippers. All orders placed this way will be cancelled and refunded.
