RETURNS & REFUNDS

ORDER VERIFICATION & REFUND REQUESTS
To protect our customers and ensure the security of all accounts, any refund or reshipment request must be submitted from the email address associated with the original order. We are unable to process refund or reshipment requests from unverified email addresses or individuals whose name does not match the account on file.

For orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your surrounding area — with a neighbor, building manager, or any secure location where packages may have been left.
  2. Contact the carrier directly (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) using your tracking number to report the missing package and obtain a case number.

Once these steps are complete, contact us from your account email with your order number and carrier case number at info@scentfluence.com and we will be happy to assist further.

GIFT RECIPIENTS & THIRD-PARTY REQUESTS
If you received an item as a gift or are contacting us on behalf of a gift recipient, please include the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Name the order was shipped to
  • Email address associated with the order

We are unable to process requests without this information.

SCENT OILS
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on unsealed scent oil bottles.

SEALED SCENT OIL BOTTLES
While we accept returns and exchanges on unopened scent oils shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not provide the shipping label/expenses for the return.

DIFFUSERS
We accept returned unused diffusers for a refund of the diffuser and tax. We do not refund shipping fees. Items must be sent within 30 days of receipt. We do not provide return labels at this time.

PRODUCTS
We accept unused products for a refund of the item and tax within 30 days of receipt. We do not refund the shipping fees. We do not provide return labels at this time. The shipping fee for an exchange will be billed separately.

REIMBURSEMENTS
Reimbursements on returned items will be made upon our receipt of the items and review that they are received in proper condition. We do not refund the cost of any shipping fees.
