Shipping policy

At this time, we can only support shipments to USA based locations.

Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday.

We ship your package usually same or next business day, assuming the product(s) is not a pre-order.

Shipments received Friday after 3:30 EST will likely post the next business day or 2. If you have a particular rush please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to ensure it gets to UPS, USPS, Fedex... quickly. Our goal is to make it work. We do our best. 

Expedited shipping distinctions are guarantees from our shipping partners (Next-day Air, 2-day express, or other). Once released the expedited delivery is their responsibility. We will not reimburse shipping fees for items not received in the proper time assuming we shipped within the required timeline (3-5 business days). 

Once your package has been received at your location, as based on proof from our shipper, please contact the shipper for your reimbursement (UPS, USPS, FEDEX).

Shipping timeline for samples
We do our best to prepare and ship your samples in a timely manner. Generally 3-5 days from receipt of your order. All samples will be shipped via standard USPS mail.
