I bought a Luxe diffuser in May of 2024 and it worked perfect until June of this year. I bought another one and it works perfect. Beth is so kind to talk about the product and made some suggestions. Shipping is super high to Hawaii, so I have think about getting the bigger one.

We are totally unhappy with the purchase. we placed it in a small location and found that it did a poor job of emitting much, if any, scent. We tried it on several settings but none of them performed well in our opinion. we would like to return it for full credit...please advise how to do this...Houston texas
